Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the exceptions listed below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of food products, opened coffee bags and products with broken seals cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened coffee products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our return policy.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
